Sime Darby Auto Connexion has released a recently updated 2019 Ford Ranger with eight versions, with the exception of top-of-the-line Ranger Raptor. In this video, we look at the current Ranger 2.0L Wildtrak 4 × 4 Automatic range, priced at RM144888.
First, the new Wildtrak has a new 2.0-liter bi-turbo-inline four-wheeled diesel engine that makes the class a 213 PS and 500 Nm torque. The power is only imported via a 10-speed automatic transmission, and it should be noted that the power transmission connection is shared with the high performance Ranger Raptor.
In addition to the latest mechanical parts, Ford has also shaped the passenger compartment and paid special attention to passenger comfort and general amenities. For safety reasons, Ranger will again lead the pack by introducing Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), which is the first Malaysian pick-up truck market.
Sounds good, is not it? Find out how it compares to older 3.2L Wildtrak cars and see for yourself whether you have the new engine and gearbox you need. As usual, leave your comments below. Have!
