2 carts full of stolen objects removed from the Portage la Prairie deal: RCMP

Portage la Prairie's losing officer hit the car trying to stop people leaving the carts full of unpaid items on Sunday night.

The RCMP was called at the Sissons Drive store at 5.10. Sunday.

Three people were seen leaving the shop with two carts full of items. The shopkeeper for the loss of the shop followed them from the outside, and they hit their vehicle when they fled.

On Sunday evening, RCMP discovered a vehicle that matched what the Loss Prevention Office had seen. They arrested a 26-year-old driver, the only car driver, but a subsequent investigation led them to a house where they arrested another man 28 and 29 years of age.

All three were arrested. RCMP will continue its research.
