The strong presence of Chinese vehicles in Bogota's international car manufacturers

BOGOTA, NOVEMBER 7 (Xinhua) – Sixty automotive industry reveal the major car industry charts in the 16th edition of the Bogota International Motor Show.

With this launch, the company consolidated in the corporate market hopes to increase the interest of Colombians in that brand by bringing comfortable and efficient cars to the family segment.

Ortiz noted that although the international market conditions for Chinese origin marking pose some drawbacks, for example, the price competitiveness has allowed the automotive market to continue to grow in Latin America.

"We have quite competitive prices, even though we have a tariff issue that violates all Chinese origin, prices are full, that is, 35 percent compared to similar vehicles, our team is supernatural," he assured.

"We are in a truly competitive level, we need people who know us more, and this is an invitation, coming to see Changan vehicles, which are Chinese, finishing and cutting-edge devices," he said.

These brands have a warranty of 100,000 miles or five years backed by large automotive market makers to ensure spare parts and service availability.

Environmental protection is reflected in low emission cars designed to meet the standards of low fuel consumption and performance.

Brazil's Ambacar, Mauricio Isaza, who sells Chinese brand Haval, Salón Internacional de Bogotá's brands, has five stars in the Euro Ncap rating system, which guarantees a balanced interaction between the driver and the vehicle.

Isaza for this brand's interest in environmental protection is paramount in manufacturing various car models.

"Our vehicles are perfectly friendly in the environment, they are very low emissions vehicles, they all adhere to the European standard, in fact, we market in Europe with our Haval brand," Isaza assured.

The businessman added that "diesel technology has been further reduced, which is why we do not have vehicles with this technology, our cars have a start-stop function that closes the vehicle under high traffic conditions, which reduces the emissions in urban areas highly or densely populated."

Financial companies that advise buyers and comfortable launch rates want to increase their presence on the Colombian market and ensure that they meet all user needs, given that their vehicles have been tested according to Andean topographic requirements.

The show was launched, Isaza told Xinhua that "these vehicles have parking assist in parallel and auto-landing and ascending, and they are solid vehicles developed by the world's best autoparts."

In January-July this year, a total of 4,826 Chinese cars came to Colombia, accounting for 4.2% of the total automotive market in the Andean countries.

According to Colombian car registration authorities, in the period 2010-2017, 80,602 cars of Chinese origin were registered, located in the private, special and public service segments of cars, vans and auxiliary vehicles.

The National Assembly of Colombian Traders recently announced that 175 268 vehicles were registered during January-September 2018, up 2.0% from the previous year.
