Sessions Court Judge Azura Alwi stated in her judgment that these two had been overwhelming evidence.

Alib's question Azura said the defense did not show that Ahmad Zukhiri was not present.
His wife did not give a reliable statement on the witness, he added.
Mohd Arif, 61, was alleged to support Ahmad Zukhira by approving the SG $ 200,000 (RM627,833) from Mohd Safian Mohd Salleh of the Syarikat Wazlina Sdn Bhd.
The bribe caused a hybrid solar engineering project on the four remote islands Sandakan, Sabah, RM60mil, awarded to Syarikat Eramaz (M) Sdn Bhd, associated company Syarikat Wazlin.
Ahmad Zukhiri was found guilty of four reasons for claiming a RM1.2 million reward and accepting a bribe totaling 477,833 euros.
For the first offense, he allegedly upheld Mohd Safian's SG $ 200,000 (RM627 833) for himself and his father.
He must serve five years in jail and RM3mil fine in a three-year jail.
For the second offense, he asked Mohd Safian to pay a 2% bribe to help bribe Eramaz in the Solar Hybrid Rural Power Transmission project on six islands in Sandakan, Sabah, which was also RM60mil.
He asked for help (RM1.2mil) for his father, who served as secretary general then at Grand Dorsett Hotel in Subang Jaya from 17 to 21 March 2016 from 17:00 to 21:00.
He was sentenced to three years in jail and RM6mil for a four-year jail.
For the third offense, Ahmad Zukhairi accepted Zul Fadli Roz 70,000 euros at Permai Golf and Country Club at Kota Kemuning 31 Shah Alam at 8-28 August 18, 2016.
The purpose of the payment was to help HH Global Construction Sdn Bhd to acquire the RM3.2mil project, where a three-tiered recreation field and related works were built at Persisiran Tasik Pengkalan Gawi in Tasik Kenyir Terengganu.
To this end, he was sentenced to two years in jail and RM350,000 was fined in 18 months' imprisonment.
Ahmad Zukhairi made the fourth offense when he accepted Zul Fadli Roz another $ 150,000 for the same purpose at Garden Course Glenmarie Golf and Country Club at Shah Alam in September 2016.
He was sentenced to two years in jail and RM250,000 was fined for 18 months in prison.
Azura ordered that the timing coincided with the date of delivery of the judgment.
The court granted suspension of execution to the lawyer Afifuddin Hafif.
Afifuddin later told the press that he had appealed for his clients.
