On Sunday 11.11. And on Monday 12 November. Stores are closed. Offices are open, among other things, at petrol stations and stores owned by the owners.

The law, which came into force on March 1, Sunday trading is allowed only on the first and last Sunday of each month. This month, all stores can be opened on Sunday, November 25th.

On Monday, the ban on trade is in force in accordance with the Act of 12 November 2018. National holiday and holiday on the 100th anniversary celebration of the independence of Poland.

In December, the ban on trade will only apply on Sunday – 9 December. Others can shop.

On Sundays the provisions of the Law on Restriction of Trade will be tightened from 1 January 2019 – trading is allowed on one month on Sunday – the last.

The Act contains a list of 32 exclusions. The ban does not apply, for example, to bakeries, pastry shops, ice cream shops, liquid service stations, florists, press, mail. On Sunday, breach of trade prohibition is 1 thousand. PLN 100,000th PLN and a continuation of the law of the continuing violation of freedom of action.
