Experts have long warned that children are mostly unhealthy foods. About one-fifth of children overweight are at the end of seven to one-third of the elementary school, and the big problem is excessive protein intake.
Thus, the research of researchers at the University of London and the University of Oxford has shown. Up to 99.9 percent of small children consume three times more protein than they need. The scientists behind it are parents who give children too much milk products and the British National Institute of Health says that the youngest should not use more than 600 ml of milk per day.
The results of the study also showed that two-thirds of the children bring more calories than the recommended dose. From this point of view, the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes is high.
