Former Managing Director of Agrokor Ivica Todoric returned to Croatia on Wednesday from London, where the judicial authorities immediately transferred Zagreb to prison.
Two weeks ago, the Supreme Court of London ruled that there is no barrier to the transfer of Todoric to Croatia, as Agrokor is in the process of being deceived by fraud.
"Nothing can stop me, I'm still going to fight" Two weeks ago Agrokor's former CEO said that the London Supreme Court confirmed the decision to hand him over to Croatia.
Wednesday's journalists were unable to make Todorics because they were constantly protected by Croatian and British police. He first arrived on the plane and left the last one, and then the police immediately took him to Remetinec detention center. Todoric will be heard in the investigation of the judges within 24 hours.
Agrocor is allegedly injured 1 billion euros
Todoric expects hearing for criminal investigators and investigating magistrates, while detention has been ordered because the prosecution has not yet heard all the witnesses. Agrokor, Agrokor, the former owner of Agrokor, who moves to the biggest creditors through a solution, blames the prosecution of Croatia on the corruption, fraud and counterfeiting of documents allegedly damaged by Agrokor by a billion euros.
