LafargeHolcim has today signed an agreement with Semen Indonesia to sell Holcim Indonesia's 80.6 percent stake in the company to $ 1.75 billion by 100 percent. Semen Indonesia is the leading manufacturer and market leader in building materials in Indonesia.
LafargeHolcim has decided to sell Holcim Indonesia after a thorough portfolio analysis. Activities in Indonesia for Semen include all activities in Indonesia in Indonesia. These include four cement plants, 33 complete concrete plants and two quarries.
