LafargeHolcim sells Holcim Indonesia and accelerates debt reduction. | 11/12/18


LafargeHolcim has today signed an agreement with Semen Indonesia to sell Holcim Indonesia's 80.6 percent stake in the company to $ 1.75 billion by 100 percent. Semen Indonesia is the leading manufacturer and market leader in building materials in Indonesia.
