The Corolla Sedan was founded on the Toyota New Global Architecture architecture.
Toyota has announced a new twelfth generation Corolla sedan. The model will be presented at the GuangZhou Motor Show on November 16th. The appearance of the car overlaps with the same-style hatchback model, and the range of power plants includes "sucked" and hybrids.
The Corolla Sedan is built on the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) architecture, including the latest generation of Prius and Camry. According to rumors, the model includes 1.8 and 2.0 hybrid power units, their non-hybrid versions, and two liters of "four" Dynamic Force Engine families coupled with Direct Transmission with Direct Shift CVT.
According to preliminary information, the sedan does not get a 116-horsepower turbo engine of 1.2 liters. Such a unit is offered to Auris, whose name comes from Corolla after entering the market.
The Toyota Corolla hatchback introduced in May was powered by an AC drive that can mimic 10-speed gearbox operation. It is equipped with a sports space and the world's first "start-up" – a classically geared step is used in the early stages of acceleration from a standstill. The American market engine is one – two liters capacity by combined spraying and a variable valve timing system with feed and outlet.
